SUO Global × Incubator Partnership
SUO Global LDA, Portugal

We bring world-class startups
to your door. And take them
to the world when you're done.
We don't compete with incubators,
we complete them.

Your job is to build world-class startups. Ours is to make sure the right founders reach your programme — already prepared — that the world actually gets to see them when they graduate. You're the foundation. We're the launch pad.

We operate on both ends
of your pipeline.

SUO Global is a legaltech firm. We're the functional arm that operates on both sides of what you do — feeding qualified, prepared founders in, and ensuring your graduates have a real shot at the world when they come out.

Phase 01 · Before Incubation
We prepare founders & deliver them to you
We identify founders with genuine long-term vision and promising products — and we refine them before they ever knock on your door.
  • Business idea refinement & validation
  • Business plan development
  • Pitch deck preparation & coaching
  • Founder readiness assessment
  • Matching to the most suitable incubator by sector & stage
You receive founders who arrive prepared, pre-validated, and aligned to your programme's focus — not raw ideas in search of a direction.
Phase 02 · During Incubation
We stay out of the way — unless asked
This is your environment to run. Our involvement during this phase is minimal, supplementary, and only ever at your invitation.
  • IP audits & registration (when you lack capacity or prefer to outsource)
  • International exposure workshops & seminars for cohort founders
  • Participation in showcases & expos — co-hosted or otherwise
We don't build incubation environments. We're not here to replicate what you do. This phase is an optional add-on — present when you want it, invisible when you don't.
Phase 03 · After Graduation
We take them global
When a startup graduates from your programme, the real complexity starts. We execute the international chapter with end-to-end hand-holding.
  • Selection of best-fit international markets
  • Full legal, regulatory & compliance execution
  • Company structuring & incorporation
  • Funding access & investor introductions
  • Strategic market entry — expos, partnerships, JVs
  • Tech transfers + IP licensing
Every graduate that successfully enters a new market adds to your impact record too. Our wins are yours.

Not everyone.
The right ones.

We're selective — deliberately. Our process identifies founders with genuine international potential, not just ambition. Here's what we look for before we engage and eventually refer a founder to your programme.

🎯
Long-term vision
We work with founders building for a decade, not a quick exit. Transactional thinking doesn't survive international expansion — and we don't invest time in it.
📦
A product with real substance
It doesn't need to be revolutionary. But it needs to be genuinely promising — defensible, differentiated, and built on something real. Slide decks alone don't qualify.
📈
Traction, if available
Early traction is strongly preferred — users, pilots, letters of intent, initial revenue. Not a hard requirement, but it significantly accelerates what we can do together and who we can open doors to.
🌍
International ambition
We only engage with founders genuinely thinking beyond their home market. Locally-focused businesses aren't the right fit — for us, or ultimately, for most serious incubators.

The upshot for you: a stronger top-of-funnel. Founders who arrive having already refined their plan, sharpened their pitch, and been assessed against real international benchmarks. Your cohort quality goes up. We absorb the pre-work.

Why no one else
does all of this:

Every law firm handles the legal bit. Every consultant handles the strategy bit. But the pre-incubation prep, hand-held international market entry, business development, cross-border legal execution — under one roof? That's the gap we close.

The international expansion journey for a startup is riddled with hidden barriers, jurisdictional landmines, bureaucratic dead ends, and expensive mistakes made out of sheer ignorance of local context. Most firms address one layer of that problem. We address all of it — with a proprietary platform - Globalisation Funnel, that keeps every stakeholder informed, in real time, from the first conversation to the final operational permit.

01
End-to-End and Multi-Disciplinary Assistance
From pitch coaching before incubation to company incorporation and market launch after — no baton is dropped between phases. One relationship, continuous coverage, no gaps.
02
Zero overlap
We don't build incubation environments. We don't mentor cohorts. We don't run accelerator programmes. Your domain is untouched. We work the edges — and the edges are exactly where startups most commonly fall.
03
Full transparency, always
Our proprietary Globalisation Funnel gives every stakeholder — including your team — real-time visibility on progress, milestones, and deliverables across every jurisdiction. No chasing. No ambiguity.

💡
Idea Refinement & Validation
Working with the founder to sharpen, stress-test, and articulate their core proposition — turning vision into a credible, investor-ready narrative before they step in front of an incubator.
📄
Business Plan Development
Structuring a robust business plan — market analysis, financial projections, operational roadmap — with an international growth thesis built in from day one, not retrofitted later.
🎤
Pitch Coaching & Deck Preparation
Preparing founders to present with clarity and conviction — deck structure, narrative flow, and anticipating the hard questions from incubator selection panels and investors alike.
🏛
Incubator Matching & Referral
Matching founders to the most suitable programme based on sector, stage, geography, and network fit — and making warm introductions. No cold applications, no mis-matched cohorts.
💰
Early Funding & Grant Identification
Mapping applicable EU and international funding schemes, innovation grants, and incentive programmes — and positioning the startup to qualify for them ahead of incubation.
🌐
International Market Awareness
Early-stage briefings on viable target markets for the startup's sector — so they enter incubation with a global lens already in place, not as something to figure out after graduating.
IP Audits & Registration
Comprehensive IP audits and international registration — conducted when the incubator lacks in-house capacity or prefers an independent review. Full protection across all relevant jurisdictions.
🎓
International Exposure Workshops
Co-hosted seminars introducing cohort founders to international market dynamics, entry strategies, and cross-border growth avenues — without duplicating the incubator's core curriculum.
🌐
Showcase & Exhibition Participation
Facilitating and co-organising participation in international expos, FDI fora, and innovation showcases — giving cohort companies early visibility while they're still in programme.
📡
Investor Network Introductions
At the incubator's discretion, facilitating warm introductions to international investors and funding bodies whose mandates align with the cohort's sectors and stage.

A clear line: Everything in this phase is strictly optional and supplementary — offered only where the incubator identifies a gap or requests our involvement. We do not engage with cohort companies during incubation without explicit direction from you. Your programme. Your call.

🗺
International Market Selection
Rigorous analysis of best-fit target markets — evaluating regulatory climate, competitive dynamics, incentive availability, sector alignment, and realistic entry timelines.
🏛
Company Structuring & Incorporation
Setting up the right legal entity in the right jurisdiction — with all compliances, commercial registrations, and operational licences handled from the outset. Minimum time to market.
Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Execution
Full regulatory mapping and end-to-end execution — permits, certifications, sector-specific licences, and ongoing compliance frameworks. No hidden bureaucratic surprises, no costly detours.
🔄
Tech Transfers & IP Licensing
Facilitating cross-border technology transfers, structured to generate IP-based revenue through royalties, licensing agreements, and protected distribution arrangements across target markets.
💰
Funding & Investor Engagement
Connecting graduates to international investors, FDI bodies, and country-specific funding mechanisms — warm introductions through a network built over years of cross-geography execution.
🤝
JVs, M&As & Strategic Partnerships
Identifying and facilitating local partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A opportunities in target markets — so expansion is built on relationships and strategic alignment, not just paperwork.
📋
Taxation, Incentives & Grant Access
Mapping every applicable incentive, tax benefit, and grant available in target jurisdictions — and ensuring the startup is positioned to qualify, apply, and actually receive them without delays or misfires.
🌐
Expos, Showcases & Market Activation
Organising and co-hosting international showcases, FDI fora, and demo events in target markets — creating real visibility, anchoring presence, and generating the first wave of local leads.
